Wondering How It All Works?

Overnight bookings

At the moment, we offer up to 2 tents per booking, subject to availability.
Each tent comfortably sleeps:
• Up to 4 adults, or
• Up to 6 children

We can provide air mattresses and bedding for overnight stays — just let us know how many guests you’re planning for, and we’ll take care of the rest.

When to book

The earlier, the better — especially for spring and summer weekends, which can book out fast.
We recommend:
• Weddings & large events: at least 3–6 months in advance
• More casual events or sleepovers: 4+ weeks in advance

How to book

1. Fill out our inquiry form using the link below. Tell us about your event, location, and ideal setup.

2. We’ll connect with you to confirm availability and any additional details needed. You’ll get a detailed quote based on your chosen service level and add ons.

3. Pay a deposit to secure your date. Once confirmed, we’ll lock in your booking.

4. Leave the rest to us! We’ll provide instructions and confirm set up times with you 2 weeks ahead of your event. For premium bookings, we’ll send you a custom mood board to confirm the look and feel, and make any tweaks before the big day.
